• Booking: Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our online booking system (MassageBook) or by phone.
• Cancellations: We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or "no-shows" may be subject to a fee.
• Arrival: Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full scheduled session time.
