A Holistic Approach to Lasting Relief
Stress often leaves us in one of two states: feeling like we can’t stop or feeling like we can’t move. Believing that healing happens when we address the profound Mind-Body connection.
By using gentle methods to release where the body is "holding on" to stress, we create space for that vital "Aha!" moment—where overwhelm vanishes and your natural rhythm returns.
The Heart Behind the Practice
Hello! My name is Monja. As a Nationally Certified Massage & Bodywork Therapist with over 20 years in the industry, my goal is to assist the people of Yates Center in resolving pain using natural, customized methods.
My perspective on healing was transformed by my introduction to Brain-Gym™. I saw how simple movements could move a person out of a survival state and into "whole-brain learning." This opened a new world for me, illustrating how profoundly our emotions affect our physical function.
Today, I use this Mind-Body insight to help correct soft tissue dysfunctions and increase circulation, helping the body heal itself from the inside out.
